¹ Korean Community Banks participate in the Unified Korean Community Bank's ATM network. In order to take advantage of the "no ATM fee," you must have an account with at least one of the participating Korean Banks. To view the list of all participating banks, please visit the PCB Bank website and click on 'ATM Locations \ (Korean Network) – Free' under About for further details and information. To report any unauthorized activities, you must follow the guidelines set within our Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosures.

² You can also find any of the surcharge-free ATM locations by visiting www.star.com and www.moneypass.com. You will be fully responsible to review and notify the Bank of any fees and/or charges applied to your account for any Debit Card transactions that you have not authorized. You must adhere to all guidelines set within PCB Bank’s Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure for the use of your ATM-Debit Card. To report any unauthorized activities, you must follow the guidelines set within our Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosures.

⁴ Rewards points are earned on net purchases (purchases minus returns/credits). You will earn 1 point for every $2.00 of a qualifying signature based purchase and 1 point for every $4.00 of a qualifying PIN based purchase as long as your account is in good standing (i.e., not delinquent, in default, closed, cancelled, blocked, suspended or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding). Points cannot be earned for the following: cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, wire transfers, casino gaming chips, bets or wages transmitted over the internet, any fees posted to a linked account. Credits to your account (such as for return or purchases) will reduce the points available in your account.
