Call Center Supervisor, Ops Admin (Los Angeles)

  • Provide excellent customer service via inbund and outbound customer service calls
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
  • Responsible for administrative aspects of opening new deposit accounts online
  • Any tasks as assigned to the Call Center
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

Chief Teller (Wilshire Branch)

  • Minimum 2 year experience required
  • Responsible for all daily bank teller transactions including the branch vault balancing, handling of cash shipment in/out, from/to FRB
  • Review of daily CTR filings, ATM balancing, and monthly preparation of general ledger certification, etc.

Loan Officer Trainee (OC Regional)

Essential Job Functions
  • Analyze cash flows and review financial covenenant
  • Comply with the Bank's established loan policies
  • Comply with regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act - Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, Privacy Act, and Community Reinvestment Act.
  • Meet with customer and respond to their inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
Qualifications / Requirements
  • High school diploma and above.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English & Korean

Assistant Credit Administrator (or Trainee)

  • Minimum 1 year of loan officer or other commercial lending experience referred but not required (if applying as a trainee)
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or other related field preferred (comparable work experience can be considered if the applicant does not ossess a degree in related field)
  • General proficiency with Office Applications or similar software is required
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel will greatly increase the prospects of employment
  • Prospective candidate will be working primarily with the data related to bank’s loan portfolio
  • Prospective candidate must be detail oriented and be able meet deadlines n recurring basis
  • Must be able to extract data, compile reports, reconcile, and identify errors and their root causes
  • Competitive salary adjustment can be made upon demonstration of data organization skills during the probationary period

Credit Administration Officer (Los Angeles)

  • Credit Administration Officer: Minimum 2-3 years of loan/credit admin experience preferred but not required
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel preferred but not required for trainee
  • Proficiency with FIS Horizon 360 BI or basic understanding of SQL preferred but not required
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and other relevant information
  • Detail oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices

  • Note Specialist - no experience required
  • Note Specialist II/Specialist III /Officer: 1-3 years of experience
  • Loan documentation, servicing, and operation (SBA loans, Commercial loans)
  • Good communication skills

SBA Closing Trainee/Officer (Los Angeles)

  • Comply with SBA guidelines, procedures, and eligibility
  • Collect, review and verify all necessary documents
  • Coordinate with loan officers and customers for the complete package of loan
  • Minimum 2-3 years of loan experience or banking experience preferred
  • Responsible for processing, documentation, closing, and servicing of SBA loans
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English & Korean
  • Full-time position

Base hourly range: $17.28 - $28.84

SBA Department Assistant (Los Angeles-SBA Department)

  • Trainee position. No experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Communicate with clients either to requests or to provide information
  • Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English & Korean

Base hourly range: $17.31-$24.04

SBA Loan Officer-All Position (Los Angeles-SBA Department)

  • Minimum 2-3 years of loan experience preferred
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios and be able to come to various conclusions, including evaluation of collateral and other relevant credit information
  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Recommend or deny loan requests
  • Monitor loan covenants and conditions per loan agreement and report any violation to manager
  • Collect loan accounts and overdraft information
  • Conduct site visits and on-site interviews
  • Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Communicate with clients either to requests or to provide information
  • Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English & Korean
