Financial Reporting Analyst (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Head of Financial Reporting in preparing SEC reports (Form 3,4,5, Schedule 13-D, 8K, 10Q/K, DEF 14A, and Registration Statements), press releases, annual reports, and meeting presentations.
  • Prepare weekly regulatory reports.
  • Prepare periodic internal financial reports.
  • Monitor related party transactions and stock ownership.
  • Assist Accounting Department's day-to-day operations and month-end closing.
Requirement and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting). 
  • 3+ years of accounting or banking experience preferred, but not required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Full-time position. Annual salary range: $70K - $90K depending on qualifications/experience.

Operations Admin Officer, Vice President (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME to resolve technical/business issues from Operations Administrations and deposit operations backoffice payment processing perspective.
  • Ensure Operations Admin’s daily operational activities are completed properly in a timely manner, including customer and branch support and exception handling.
  • Be familiar with operations policies and procedures and recommend changes in accordance with regulatory and commercially reasonable best practice standards.
Requirement and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of deposit and retail branch operations experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervising experience or equivalent capacity preferred.

Senior Information Security Analyst (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and monitor security measures to protect the organization’s computer networks and information from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze network traffic, system logs, and security alerts for anomalies, potential vulnerabilities, and security breaches; recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement, maintain, perform updates/upgrades on security applications and appliances.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks utilizing vulnerability scanning tools, review PEN test results and implement remediation to PEN test results.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends to stay informed about evolving cyberattacks and security practices.
  • Educate users on security threats and best practices to strengthen organizational security awareness and reduce risk.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and relevant industry standards.
Requirement and Skills:
  • Proficiency in network security, operating systems, security technologies, and security tools.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and industry best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of common cyberattacks, malware, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Senior Internal Auditor (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct branch audits and other audits as assigned
  • Prepare neat, concise, appropriately referenced and easy-to-follow working papers that support the procedures performed, conclusion drawn and recommendations made
  • Assist in preparation of audit reports on internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements; ensuring clarity, conciseness and issuance in a timely manner
  • Effectively organize/prioritize multiple assignments to meet established deadlines, monitor progress of audits, and manage assigned budgets
  • Assist with follow up and timely disposition of audit and exam findings
  • Comply with professional standards of conduct
  • Maintain technical competence through continuing education
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related fields
  • Industry certification(s) (e.g. CPA, CISA, CIA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of financial or operations auditing experience within Banking or Financial Services industries
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-money Laundering (AML) audit experience a plus

Call Center Supervisor, Ops Admin (Los Angeles)

  • Provide excellent customer service via inbund and outbound customer service calls
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
  • Responsible for administrative aspects of opening new deposit accounts online
  • Any tasks as assigned to the Call Center
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Full-time position
Base hourly range: $22.00 - $29.00

HR Assistant (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Conduct or assist with new employee orientation, on-boarding and termination
  • Maintain HR documents within personnel files and update important employment records for hiring and terminations
  • Utilize ADP to review time sheets and wage computation of over 250 employees to calculate and process payroll
  • Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests employees may have in regards to policies, benefits and other general HR questions
Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year or more of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Experienced in ADP Workforce now preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required

SBA Loan Officer-All Position (Los Angeles-SBA Department)

  • Minimum 2-3 years of loan experience preferred
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios and be able to come to various conclusions, including evaluation of collateral and other relevant credit information
  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Recommend or deny loan requests
  • Monitor loan covenants and conditions per loan agreement and report any violation to manager
  • Collect loan accounts and overdraft information
  • Conduct site visits and on-site interviews
  • Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines
  • Communicate with clients either to requests or to provide information
  • Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks
